Nobody here is technical.
That is the normal starting point. If you can use a browser you can use these tools. We teach in plain language, with your own work as the example, not abstract demos.
Is our data safe?
It depends on the plan and the settings, which is exactly why we go through them with you. We will tell you plainly what should not be pasted into a chat window, and set up accounts where training on your input is turned off.
Will this replace our staff?
That is not what we are selling. The work we target is the repetitive part nobody wanted to do anyway — the same replies, the same summaries. The judgement stays with your people.
Which tools do you use?
Mainly ChatGPT and Claude. We use both daily in our own business and pick between them by task, rather than committing you to one vendor.
