Frequently asked questions
We have almost no followers. Is it too early?
No. Follower count is not what brings customers in — reach among people who do not yet follow you is. We would rather start by fixing what you post and who it reaches than wait for an audience to appear.
Can you guarantee results?
No, and we would be careful with anyone who does. Results depend on your market, your competitors and your season. What we commit to is a clear plan, work delivered on schedule, and honest reporting on what moved and what did not.
We want to run it ourselves eventually.
That is what the guided programmes are for. Over six months we hand over the themes, the production routine and the review habit, so the account keeps running after we step back.
Do you film on location?
Yes. Filming is a monthly session of up to three hours, and travel is charged separately. If you are outside Ehime we can also work from footage you shoot yourself.
Which platforms do you cover?
Instagram is the core, with short-form video as the main format. YouTube is handled as a separate service, and Google Maps is covered by our Google Maps Optimization service.
