IT SUPPORT
IT & PC Support Someone local to ask when the computer stops.
Computers and phones that misbehave, Wi-Fi that will not reach, replacements, data transfer. We are based in Nomura, Seiyo, and we come to you — with no call-out fee inside Nomura.
OUR APPROACH
Small problems, answered quickly.
A lot of IT trouble is not complicated — it is just outside what you were meant to spend the afternoon on. Rather than a support contract you never use, we charge for the work and stay reachable. If the honest answer is that a repair is not worth it, we will say so.
By phone, LINE or email, with as much or as little detail as you have.
On site where it helps, remote where it does not need a visit.
No contract needed. Call when something else comes up.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
I cannot explain the problem properly.
That is fine and very common. "It will not turn on" or a photo of the error message is enough to start. Working out what is actually wrong is part of the job.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
Not within Nomura, Seiyo. Elsewhere in Ehime a travel charge applies, and we tell you the amount before we set off.
Is there a monthly contract?
No. You pay for the work when you need it. If a monthly arrangement would genuinely suit you better we will discuss it, but it is not required.
Can you help with a computer you did not sell us?
Yes. Most of what we see was bought elsewhere. We will also give you an honest view on whether repairing or replacing makes more sense.
