Frequently asked questions
Can you guarantee we rank first?
No. Google weighs relevance, distance and prominence, and the result differs by where the person is searching from. What we can do is make the information complete and keep the activity going, then show you whether directions, calls and site visits are increasing.
Is there a long contract?
The starter programme is three months by design, because that is how long the habit takes to form. After that you are free to continue monthly or run it yourselves. We do not use lock-in as a business model.
What about bad reviews?
Reviews that break Google policy can be reported, and we help you write the request properly. But many negative reviews are not removable — for those, a considered reply is what protects your reputation, and we help you write those too.
Does this include social media?
No. Maps and social media are separate services here, though they work together: people find you on social, then check the map before they set off. Our Social Media Marketing service covers the other half.
